Captain Toad, it was the best thing in 3D World, and now my wishes has come true. Really looking forward to it. Need to see more of Splatoon before I buy that.
Yep.

Yep.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse
For me is best game reveal
Devil Third looks promising too IMO
Way to include Zelda in the options.
1. Zelda U, hands down, not even close.
2. Yoshi.
3. Kirby. (both have amazingly unique art styles and I love it)
4. Splatoon (looks fun, could be a great online game)
5. X (not really my type of game, but it is coming along nicely.)
Splatoon is winning by a landslide, with Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker in far second, and Devil's Third and Mario Maker in distant third.

Zelda wasn't a new game, nor were X or Yoshi. We knew about them beforehand.
I'm talking about games announced at E3.
Splatoon was weird and unique and seemed to be the most polished of the bunch, So I will edge it out as my favourite.
Devil's third has the greatest potential to appeal to more general public people if more money and talent was thrown at it to finish it of better.
Toad game is more of a reskin of a mario game so lost some points for me.
Still waiting for the announcement of General Toadette: Treasure finding for men
