Definitely help out in Japan, and it should do something in USA. Dark Souls etc is a pretty popular (and I hate to use the word "niche") game... which it's fans would go out and buy a console for...

If you can release games that these hardcore users love to play you will get an good boost, even if its only for a week or two.

Personally I find that Dark Souls reputation is actually off putting. I have a copy of the first game and I'm yet to play it.

Demon's Souls sold 1.7M, Dark Souls 2.7M (across 2 platforms) and Dark Souls 2 did 1.3M so far (across 3 platforms).

With a much smaller install base to sell to I think 2M lifetime is a reasonable prediction. Nothing to scoff at but I don't think it's going to drastically move units.

They made Ninja Blade which I loved.But most people slated the game. Why now that people think they are awesome?

I expect Bloodborne to score respectable scores around 70 meta. Ninja Blade was underated also.

It will move consoles, but really not that much. I would not call it a system seller compared to the likes of Uncharted 4.
Might move a little more number of consoles than Little Big Planet 3.

No, I thought NB was better. I didnt like the mechanics of Souls. I want them to go back to pure hack n slash. The seem a pretty good middle road develope nowadays.

From Software made Demons Sousl and then Dark Souls two of the BEST RPGS of the 7th generation... praised by media and by fans... in fact this games are so good that there is a LOT of people pissed at the fact that bloodborne is exclusive and not multiplat like Dark Souls and they are demanding a port to their sistems (which they will never get because Sony owns this IP), also those people kind of forget that DEMONS SOULS the father of the soul series is also a Playstation exclusive... so what did they expect??...

also Miyasaki is directing Bloodborne and he was the one who directed DeS and DkS 1 the two best souls games, so we the fans are incredibly HYPED!!!!!!!, and after seeing the leaked off screen gameplay on E3 we can confirm that it also has great graphics worthy of a next gen game.

The Souls franchise is quite small. So is more like a few people are pissed. The 2nd game only just went past 1 million LT sales on PS3. Its actually 2.7 mill on 2 platforms combined. Its hadly going to move systems. 

But seriously, I want a new Ninja Blade.That game was awesome.
