Like a dozen other games last gen..sorry we didnt see any gameplay was expected.......Maybe for nintendo fans it was impressive, for anyone who played the vast numebr of big open world games thre last 7 + years it was been there done that.

This one looks better than all of them and it hasn't even shown gameplay yet.

No, foolish hyperbole.  No gameplay yet it's betetr then every open world game of the last 7 years, I see I was foolish to even engage in a  conversation with you. LAst great zelda game was a very long time ago....What is it with nintendo fans making grandious statements that are not even based in reality about ninteendo games?

Batman alone will be better then zelda, as will the next Elder scroills, witcher 3 will make zelda look like amateur hour, as will bloodborne. Thats justa  few open world games next 6-12 months alone.

While I love Batman and I'm extremely hyped by The Witcher 3, the Zelda game looks beautiful and I'm excited to see it at... E3 2015.. cheese. But well, now we know how it will look and even if this wasn't a gameplay, it was in-engine footage. So you can pretty much tell this is how is going to look.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

yeah, shouldnt smash bros have been able to beat a rerelease? are these people serious?

Well, it was top 5 game annoucements, not games.  Although, uncharted was already announced and it still made the list... Maybe because it was just teased and not actually revealed before?

still, it was a very conservative list.  It is the kind of list that is watered down to appeal to the lowest common denominator rather then actually representing an opinion...

So the best 5 announcements were basically 5 shooters. What a dudebro list.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

a one year old game, and a beta... really? ohh and how convenient of them to put the each platform holders biggest game in the list.

No they never, zero indie and third party support is NOT what the industry needs or wants.

Can't argue too much with the top 2 for IGN and GameSpot, but I'd have said Bloodbourne, StarFox/Grim Fandango and Splatoon deserve places instead of the other titles.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Are you seriously implying that Nintendo fans haven't played any other open world game for the last 7+ years!? Jesus Christ. This one looks better than all of them and it hasn't even shown gameplay yet.

Too soon to call it better than Skrim (94 MC) or RDR (95 MC) off that trailer.

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

Industry wants great games that is why they win
