never banned either. unless you lose a ban bet or request to be banned it's pretty easy to avoid the banhammer. Just don't act like an idiot, especially after having already been warned.

Of course there's always the fluke bans ... dmeisterj banned for elminating ioi from user of the year, soriku claiming spam as his final smash which twesterm saw as soriku as spamming....

Never been banned. Don't think I've been warned either. It's just a few bad apples that get them selves banned... (Ok, sometimes it's trigger happy mods, but I think most bans are justified).
