Pretty sure it was already confirmed to be...the description from Polygon says "Game designer Shigeru Miyamoto is holding a special presentation at E3 to show off a new game — and a new IP — for Nintendo 3DS. What does Miyamoto have up his sleeve? We'll found out Wednesday night.". And they mentioned him in the roundtable
