Just "ok", Seece? A console that no one wanted before, for good reason, gets a huge boost from one game that also sold a large amount in one week. I would say that it's done very good. Weeks following not-with-standing.
well we wont know so if the wii u is undertracked here then its good if it isnt

Great! That marketing campaign must have been expensive though... I mean, there's a reason why companies don't always go all out on advertising. It's gonna show in the quarterly figures.
Still the right move IMO, and I hope they'll discover it was worth it.

I agree. It'll also be interesting to see the comparison with XBO and PS4 vs VGC. Those XBO numbers for W_D week still seem low.

No. We know sales before MK were at around 6.1m, hardware hasn't risen 500k to 600k in the last week.

Um, yes. One game, Train wreck. Mario Kart 8, to my knowledge, is the only game that came out for Wii U in that week.
I'm sure the big 3 have their May numbers in hand, Nintendo not claiming any type of victory means that the system most likely placed 3rd to the Xbox and PS4 but we will find out soon enough.
