Edit: Despite That, PQ is doing extremely well for a game thats a spin off + 1st time on Nintendo Platforms. It really shows imo that Persona is one of the few franchises that can be on both Nintendo+Sony platforms in japan

Yes i agree. Persona has a VERY dedicated fanbase, much like Dark Souls and Kingdom Hearts. The fans follow wherever the games go

I love KH! I need to get a ps3 (i played lots of Sony games in the past on friends consoles!) to play KH 2.5! Its kinda funny that you need literally both Sony+Nintendo to get the full KH experience (since they all are connected).

As for Persona, i always heard arguments with Fire Emblem Awakening(finally 1st time hit 1mil in the franchise and its already over 1.3mil+) and Persona4Golden of which is better when they both are completely different games! Hell real gamers need both!!! P5 will be just like FE in terms of sales! Will do 1mil and counting!

I can see P5 doing 1.2mil-1.3mil lifetime. If remaked on Vita, it'll be a million seller, Atlus just needs to add a port to Nintendo next HH and multiplat it with Vita and you get an extra 500k-1mil more!

Vita>>>3ds in hardware power. Also one has dual screen and another has rear touch pad :0 Hopefully Next HH will be as powerful as i see vita lasting for at least another 4-5 years in japan

I'm going with you underestimating Persona Q. Yokai watch is #4 here, and given the kind of legs it's been having, it's probably 30-40k range. Mario Kart 8 probably dropped to 150k, which is pretty good for Japan I believe given recent software sales.
