Here, I'll say it, I simply don't give a *** about Myamoto's new IP announcement rumored for E3. I am not hypped at all, I'm even dreading the idea of it taking some precious time from Nintendo's presentation.

It's most likely gonna be a game around a lame gimmick that they will try to shove down our throat. They will try to convince us how revolutionary it is but yet the idea will dissapear shortly after this game. It will either be around the NFC or the QoL, either way I'll probably not care. If you expect a new interesting intelectual property with a new world and story like Star Fox or Pikmin, your in for a bad time. What did the guy give us in recent years? Wii Fit? Wii Music? Steeldiver? All of those empty of interesting characters or story, aimed at casuals for them to play like one hour or two to then never play it again.

The man is partly responsible for one of the best first person shooters (and series therein) ever made.

What FPS are you talking about? The only nintendo FPS I can think of is Metroid Prime, and if that's the game you are talking about I think you are greatly overestimating Myamoto's influence into this game's greatness.

I'll keep my expectations low.
