Driveclub because of the install base difference. The PS+ version is basically a demo which could work out well as an advertising thing if the game is good.
Does Driveclub have splitscreen? If not, I don't see it's value as it can't compete with NFS and that is what arcade racers want...I think.

I'm assuming you mean Horizon on the XB1? It wouldn't be fair to include the 360 version.

I'm going to say Driveclub but it's going to take quite a long time to determine how many it sold. It will probably have the highest digital sales of any PS4 game to date.

I would go with DriveClub simply because there's more hype behind it and FH2 isn't apart of the main Forza line, so, like GoW: Judgement for example, it'll be a lot less likely to sell well in the long run.

Your not up to date on your hype there is a lot more hype about Horizon 2 especially on YouTube.

 I never said FH2 had no hype, just that DC has more. Just look at the degrees on N4G whenever something for either game is posted. DC always gets alot more attention.

Too me there is way more hype about Horizon 2 especially since the game only got officially announced less then a week ago.  The game has so much content 200+ cars,  700 races, 100+ hours single player mode, twice as many songs and radio stations as the first game, a map that is three times bigger then the one in the first game, etc etc that the hype will only get bigger as more info is released.

Also I just checked N4G and they have no recent (nothing in the first three pages on their X1 section) articles about Horizon 2 so yeah that website can't be used to judge the hype about Horizon 2.

 The 30 FPS thing might have hurt it's rep though, seeing how big of a deal was made about Forza 5's 60 FPS.

Highly doubt it, since overall Horizon 2 will be a much better game then the first one.  The same thing can't be said about Forza 5 its better looking and plays better then the 4th game but overall 4 is still a much better games.

Drive Club. Horizon 2 will still compete with Forza 5 with new owners. The PS4 has a larger installed base and Drive Club has a lot of pre-orders. It's in the top 10 right now. Forza Horizon 2 is newly listed though.
