According to VGChartz, MK8 sold around 480k in the USA or NA while according to Media Create stated that it sold around 325k in Japan. Ninty announced that over the weekend they sold 1.2m global. 1.2m minus 480k minus 325k is around 395k. MK 8 sells more in Europe. Could this be true?! Is NA undertracked or is it simply that Europeans love MK more than Japanese people?

I wouldn't doubt that EU sold more than Japan not cause EU loves it more but the fact that EU loves consoles more than Japan but we will see after the dust settles... Either ways, its great news

USA in not the same as N. America, add about 10% to get NA number plus ur forgetting smaller regions like Australia and wherever else the game released.

I doubt that other regions make up 70k

^^^ like is said, USA usually makes up about 90% of NA total and Rest of the World typically is 5-10% of WW totals so 70k is not out of the question in those countries

Possibly but, very unlikely. If it did outsell Japan then maybe it's because every Nintendo fan bought, even if they didn't have a Wii U.
