I almost, almost feel sorry for Brazil.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

could be a very boring 2nd half.

I expect 2 subs after the break. Kramer probably aaaaand..... idk.

Hope not. At least until '70 I want to play to score.

Awesome game for Germany.

Observations:
- Germany last goal (I think it was the last, lost count) should have been invalidated, the player was past the ball line.
- Dante sucking hard in T.Silva place, holy crap. Not saying everything is his fault, but the last 3 goals he played major roles in.

Algeria was Germany's best competition! Let that sink in for a second.

Yeah, that's insane.

I wonder what would've happened if the Algerian goalie wasn't fasting :P

I don't think that was the issue. They had somewhat given up when Ozil scored the second goal. It was only when they got a goal near the end that they realized that they still had a chance to win

Yup. Unfortunately they realized that way too late. I wish they could've gotten that last goal in though, I'd love to see an arabian country advance this far for once XD

Would've been a tie with pending free kicks but yeah. Unfortunately for Algeria, what could be their best players end up playing for France. Just imagine a Zizou on that team. They'd have made it to the finals for sure

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler

OH MY GOD!....  i just... wow....
