yes they should try it somewhere,there are eenough leagues to try it out in one of them,at least a challenge for goals whether from offside or pen,it is the difference for bosnia to stay or leave the WC,doesn't seem right when the tech is available

people say it just luck etc,but some countries & teams don't get to WC's or big club finals every year like the elite countries/clubs do

Call me superstitious or crazy 1990 WC winners Germany should be winners in 2014 and notch up their 4th WC title. 24 years since Germany won their third WC. Will Germany become the third triple WC winners to win their fourth title after a 24 year wait after winning title number 3?
