yea, the ball was on it's way out, the one actually tipping it into the goal was the goalkeeper, so in my book that's an own goal - seems like fifa agrees with me there

No. Lampard's uncounted goal vs Germany was worse especially because it was during elimination. That's the whole reason why FIFA implemented goal-line tech to begin with.

They should have a video referee (similar to hockey) where you can watch a situation back 2 or 3 times a match for each team. That would prevent a lot of unfair penalties and things like that.
