Wonder when the referendum for the UK to leave the UEFA will be. I mean they're only paying but never winning, it really is a no brainer.

What will happen to EPL now that UK leaves EU? Will those filthy inmigrants that steal the jobs of british players leave the league for good?

FIFA Article 19:

1. International transfers of players are only permitted if the player is over the age of 18.

2. The following three exceptions to this rule apply (I'm not listing all 3 since only 1 matters at the moment):

• b) The transfer takes place within the territory of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) and the player is aged between 16 and 18.
  

This is absolutely great news for small countries such as The Netherlands and Belgium who can't offer their talented youth the same money English teams can (assuming the UK is also out the EEA). Right now English teams can get talented youth from across the EU and EEA as soon as they turn 16, this would change to 18 if the UK is also out the EEA.

There will definitely be a few changes. The FA has a very weird system for players outside the EU. They need to play in a national team and need to play a certain percentage of games with their teams in a certain amount of time.

Guardian study says that 66% of 1st league EU players wouldn't meet the criteria and 80% of the 2nd league.

So either the FA abandons this rule, which would mean that young English players have even less chances of playing in the EPL or they stay with it, which means that many top players have to go, thus greatly reducing the quality in the process. On the other hand it would be good for England's youth. But it could also make the league so unattractive for star players that those young players won't be able to play on a high level.

Haha, bet those who voted out won't like it now when their football teams will be affected.

I expect a rule change, but if it doesn't happen it'll be hilarious to watch. More restrictions to sign star players would mean british teams will be at a disadvantage in european competitions. It'll be harder to build a team with just money too, so in that scenario I expect people like the Man C owners (and their money) to leave. With less star players less people worldwide will be interested in the league, which would translate into less TV money for the teams, unless videos of mistakes of UK goalkeepers become a thing.

There's a lot of faith in Croatia and Belgium here. I think Portugal will get the best of Croatia and Belgium will get stuck with a uber motivated Wales.
