I loved the Bloodrayne games, and I honestly don't see what was so bad about Duke Nukem Forever. I think people were expecting it to be better than 3D which is simply an unobtainable goal. I thought it was fun for a couple playthroughs.  Some of the games others have listed in this thread I like a lot.

Final Fantasy XIII series, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series.

Resident Evil 5 and Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. I do get why people do hate those games though, both at their core are flawed games in some way, mostly just overall gameplay design like Sheva or Simon's Quest heart system. But for whatever reason I do enjoy both games.

That will definitely be Pikmin.

I see people dissing The Minish Cap online all the time. I don't get it, I think that game is great. Skyward Sword is a similar situation, though it does have a decent-sized fanbase.

Many, especially those from the Halo 2 and 3 days, tend to hate on Halo 4 :(

But it is the best of the franchise IMO
