If they use it in the same way they showed off the companion app on the PS4, (Being able to objects on the map using the touchscreen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVWAZUGZFjU)
Then yes, the Wii U version will be the absolute best, even to the PC version.
If not, I guess it will be better than the last gen versions...

Well, the best console version, for two reasons:

-Same graphics on every version.
-Wii U GamePad hacking.

I would not be surprised if it ends up being the worst version. Its going to be a bare minimum port with gamepad features tacked on.

Pre-order bonuses for Wii U included DLC so would be stupid not include advertised items

It will likely be a mix of these, visually on par with the last gen games but maybe with a hiccuping framerate but with unique gamepad functions.

It certainly won't be cancelled. And I'm expecting it to be the definitive version.
