Keep it coming...the hate keeps the house warm.

I'm not hating on Sony, I'm hating on him. In his time as CEO, they have continued to make loses. The same divisions that were very unprofitable before he was CEO are still unprofitable now. Every year they announce more redudancies. The TV division, which has lost Sony billions, continues to be part of the company and continues to make loses. And even now he has said that the company will not sell it.

and if Kaz and the board have not been doing anything? it would have been far worse!, you cannot have it both ways.
The fact that the company has over 138,000+ employee's does not mean you just make snap judgement's quickly like that IN JAPAN its not like that, its one thing to "say hey we have to stop the bleeding" its a whole other thing when you have 10's of thousands of employee's that are employed by your company that you hold some responsibility to those people!
the point being Japan is not the west! they do not look at it the same way some west centric markets do, if it was there would not be as divided between cultures on this part in the market, but it is. and thats over 40 years worth of history has shown us things like this is never as clear cut and dry as many seem to think it is, its like looking at the japanese culture and stating "well it needs to be this way" while japanese may say well it needs to be this way.
Its very easy to sit and point out the flaw's you think someone is doing, but you may not stop to think about is, maybe that is the way he has to work at it in japanese culture, for instance the court system is not the same in japan as it is in the west.
does that mean the court system in japan is outdated? Some may say yes by "our standards" but by the japanese standards its not!
does that mean we are right and the japanese are wrong?
