I'm not hating on Sony, I'm hating on him. In his time as CEO, they have continued to make loses. The same divisions that were very unprofitable before he was CEO are still unprofitable now. Every year they announce more redudancies. The TV division, which has lost Sony billions, continues to be part of the company and continues to make loses. And even now he has said that the company will not sell it. 

Kaz Hirai is not a Wizard, repairing Sony isn't a cakewalk. If you keep firing the CEOs, how would you expect anything to get done.
