Because both companies have something to gain. Getting the Japanese into Zelda, and the Americans into Dynasty warriors.

What do you mean? A cross over game? 

Here is a better question, Why wouldn't they do it? Its not even being made by nintendo, meaning if this game didn't exist most likely that is one less game coming instead of another made (for WiiU)

If you meant cross over, there has been good ones in the past. Also why would Tecmo give up an opportunity like this?

Oh and its a great game. One of the best spin offs. Has a FE feel to it!

No, I'm perfectly fine with a side game developed by a third party with Aonuma looking over its shoulder while the real deal gets developed with all the time and attention it needs. I'm as  big a Zelda fan as anyone, but I'm rational enough to realize Hyrule Warriors has absolutely  no bearing on the game that comes out next year.

I'm a litle worried that this game will be the most underhelming zelda since CD-i games, surpassing even the link crossbow training.

And yeah, the majoras forms was the first thing in my mind when i heard about new caracheters

Anyway, i'm actually happy that the game is coming before real zelda, because this mean that when the real zelda come out, they will have full knowledge about what they really can do with WiiU. Zelda must be the full realization of the nintendo machine, not a rushed launch game.
