Woah woah people, what are these titles that I'm seeing? FEZ? flOw? Mother ******* MERCENARY KINGS??????? Those are some of the best looking games on the console.

I'd say the worst looking game is Contrast. There is no consistence with the graphics, and the animations suck. Also for a game that should be artsy, it looks quite drab and boring.

lol imo mercenary kings looks worse then any metal slug game. Contrast is  fun game. its mechanices are perfect but its fun.

Obviously it's inFamous Second Son, and Sucker Punch must clearly have been aware it would be going in. I mean lets face it.....if you have a really nice car you don't go defiling it by putting stupid neon lights on it everywhere right? Of course not. You do that with shitty cars which you're trying to make cooler looking. But you're not fooling anyone. We know your car sucks. Likewise, Sucker Punch was aware their game wasn't very pretty, so they put neon lights everywhere to try and distract us from that fact. Poor form, I say.

I do hope it's painfully apparent to everyone that this is not a serious post lol. Get your paws off the report button you sensitive, humorless cry babies!

It's not the worst, but COD Ghosts can be pretty ugly for a next gen title:

Dynasty Warrios is a good candidate. Graphically, it's not even on par with Heavenly Sword which shipped pretty early in PS3 life, and It even has a dreamcast feeling, with vivid colors and effects dated from Soul Calibur.

Man, those Thief screens take me back to 2004, such a striking similarity between Half-Life 2 and this game, graphically wise. Not kidding.

There is this "japanese" style/art and vivid colors on big plain textures that globally makes it look cool, so it depends what we talk about.

Graphically speaking, it could mostly have been done on the dreamcast 16 years ago, because Soul Calibur looks almost the same. It's the worst you can see, with bad blurs on background, very undetailed enemies, simplistic environments, extremely simplistic effects (the semi transparent slash move), simple lightening, etc. I mean, can we say "it's just the environment" , when the environment is most of what we see on the picture, a large part of the work and art, and if we think even PS360 can provide enough power for splendid, lively, huge and complex environments ? I'm telling it's graphically one of the worst because, for example, the environment is simplistic, blurry, and not artistic. But I agree that with this graphic style, if they don't suck to much, it will look OK. It's not the worst looking game, it's just one of the worst graphics.

Transistor looks pretty good, although I'm not sure if it's considered an Indie game. Kingdom Come also looks good.
