Then I can understand saying it's disappointing as a Dead Rising game, but it looks good for next-gen. Not Ryse or Second Son, but still.

Maybe he refers to technical departments, on which admittely the game fails at times.

Dead Rising 3 lacks polish but technically impressive.

Exclusive doesn't guarantee amazing graphics. I'm sure you can think of a 1st party PS4 launch game that didn't look great.
