It hasn't got as much style as the older games, but I think it looks quite next gen.

Then I can understand saying it's disappointing as a Dead Rising game, but it looks good for next-gen. Not Ryse or Second Son, but still.

 

Maybe he refers to technical departments, on which admittely the game fails at times.
