PS4 has its hardware. It won't change. So a few tweaks can improve performances, that's true. But an "astounding" improvement ? Come on...

Thuway actually said a lot of things that turned out to be true. But he also talks crap sometimes.

Depends on what they are talking about. If they are talking physics it could be true. The GFLOPS difference between PS4 and XOne is comparable to 3-4 high end i7 cpu's.

I'm going to treat this as a rumor.

PS4 will be getting its power from the cloud.. and thuway lol..
