I would much rather Nintendo buy out Sonys gaming division assets than Microsoft. At least it would be in creative hands.

You see, if MS were to buy a creative company, then MS in turn becomes creative by default. Since, you know, they would employ creative people for their purposes only

No. Rare has proven otherwise. Microsoft could buy all the creative companies in the world and wouldnt have a creative bone in their bodies simply because as a company they aren't creative. Their goals dont revolve around involving themselves in creativity, but rather owning products ghosts of creative companies once had. Its like having a zombie rather than the living being under your control

Nintendo has entities who could creatively control IP. Rare was better controlled by Nintendo collaboratively than Microsoft. Donkey Kong country, Goldeneye, Banjo Kazooie? Nintendo gave creative input and watched out for creative control back in those days even though the two companies no longer saw eye to eye

Its the same reason Bungie wanted out from Microsoft. All they want to do is rehash the same game instead of allowing their companies to be creative and develop new content. Its halo forever.

Id call that job security lol. I wouldn't base all future assumptions on Rare and Rare alone. Fable 1 and 2 were pretty creative. That magic could always come back, hopefully in 2015. Project Spark......this doesn't change your mind in the slightest? MS can easily make or buy a new studio with the explicit instructions to "be creative" ;P

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Microsoft cannot make a studio be creative. They hire creative minds who by default are creative and work for things they take credit for. Microsoft as company, creatively thinks no different than EA. They are suits and people have to teach them how to be creative. I go to an art school and our heads are suits. They dont really know about creativity but if you teach them, they'll eventually see what you're talking about. Artistically speaking they have no conscience. Sony and Nintendo surround their walls of their offices with creativity, so the whole branch is creative of SCEA and Nintendo. its as easy as that. You dont need to agree, just look at the products and the way they run things for yourself.

I'd like it to be merged with Nintendo... Nintendo + Sony = ultimate combination no one would be able to kill them.

PSn - greencactaur
Nintendo Switch FC - SW - 5152 - 6393 - 5140 Please feel free to add me :)

Still think you are selling short games like Fable 2, Banjo Nuts and Bolts, and Project Spark most recently.

I won't see any Japanese pride going to South-Korea

yeah, i don't see that happening.  They are rivals and there are still lingering animosity between the 2 countries.  It'll be a stinger for them if the beloved Japanese Playstation brand went to the Koreans.  I wonder if something like that would make Japanese gamers hop on the Xbox bandwagon

.Fable doesn't have a clue what it is creatively. This is exactly why the creative team fell apart. I called it years ago, that Fable was going to fall apart. Very few Microsoft games have any identity of themself outside of Halo and Gears and Forza. You're not going to get far on your own without legs. Molyneux represented Microsoft as a company. Hes blabber mouth who writes checks with his mouth that his rear cant cash. After he disgraced himself and left Microsoft then they starts talking crap about Kinect? LOL....what a joke. He didnt even know how to properly make a game for it. They all lied to us and they lied to themselves.

Nuts and Bolts is a Shadow of the classic Banjo games and Project Spark is cool...so ill give the that. Forza is a quality game as well.

I want PlayStation to die.

they will more likely to be sold to another japanese company.

i think they will sell everything they have and keep living with playstation as smaller company since this make them money.

I've already enjoyed myself fantasizing of Sony collapsing and playing its IPs on Xbox.

LOL...thats like asking for all the creativity Sony had to be sucked into an eternal void. LOL....I would laugh at Microsofts sad attempt to create Nintendo IP's. They couldn't even begin to father the mentality Nintendo has when they create their titles.
