Also, TouchWiz is garbage. There's a reason why Samsung is looked down upon by a lot of the Android enthusiasts. Both Apple and Samsung have slowed innovation in the mobile space to a crawl, choosing the lesser of two evils isn't easy. It's been left to companies like Sony, HTC, and Google to pick up on where Samsung and Apple refuse to.

Thats what it says but Qualcomm doesn't manufacture processors like Intel or TSMC does. 

I don't get the hate for touchwiz since it does everything I want it to at a day to day basis. 

Your Samsung phone, if you live in the US, is using a Qualcomm processor. Ever heard of the Snapdragon series? The most used mobile proccessors, used by Samsung, HTC, Google, LG, Motorola, etc?

Also, if you ever used stock Android, it's much cleaner and less bloated. Samsung phones were notorious for having frame drops due to the amount of crap the bundle into their UI. Even HTC and Sony barely reskin Andoid anymore, but Samsung just has to be difficult.

While it's true that the IGP is designed by Qualcomm it is not manufactured by them and is instead manufactured at TSMC's fab plants. 

If you don't like touchwiz you can use something else ... I still don't get the hate for it as it's being mostly responsive from my experience.

I never understand silly comments like this. Especially since Sony makes better hardware and is a better gaming company than Microsoft. Look at how MS ruined Rare. It's dumb to fantasize about a companies demise anyway, especially one of the best companies in any industry. Good thing you will never get what you wish for.

 

Anyway, Samsung is a trash company who makes cheap products. Had to get rid of my Galaxy phone because of bugs. Know people whose TV and tablets have been defective too.

I do use something else. I just don't want Playstation anywhere near Samsung's dirty hands.

In a global economy, no one manufactures every single bit of all of their products. You are right in Samsung having a leg up on Qaulcomm in terms of pure manufacturing, but the design proccess (which I would say is more important) is done by Qualcomm, and Samsung can't compare on that aspect. I don't see how Samsung's manufacturing capabilities will make them a good parent for Playstation.

Samsung would be terrible. They get on top because of their sheer size, but then just stop innovating. They use gimmicky software and dubious hardware that is cheap compared to the rest of the competition.
