If you're a gamer, chances are there's probably a company or genre you prefer over another. It may bother you when people say something positive about what you dislike and like preferrably less, maybe even causing a fanboy outburst.

So my question to you is: What was your biggest fanboy moment? Whether it was recently or years ago, it doesn't matter!

For me, I never had one particular "moment", but I did have a very long period up until I was 14 where I absolutely hated the Sony and PlayStation brand and wanted it to go under as a company. Why? I'm not sure, I was a Nintendo fanboy more than likely and didn't like anything that posed a threat to Nintendo. Then I bought a PS2 in 2011 because my GameStop was selling them for $30, and then over time I began to like the company I once hated more than the one I used to prefer more XD

Hmm, I don't know for sure. I did LOVE Mario Galaxy when I first played it. It felt so amazing!

Well, mine would be against Gearbox cause I want them to go under... Apart from borderlands, they made two of the worst games ever and they did so by miss-leading all their fans... Fuck them to hell, one good game does not count for all the bad games they have done... They used to make good games but now they are utter shit imo

But if its against like Nintendo, Sony or MS, I don't really have an issue with either of them but I did hate Sony for letting the vita die so much... I mean come on, the best game on the handheld is an enhanced version of a ps2 port(imo)... Its ridicules how terribly they are handling the poor handheld and the ps3 launch was pretty terrible as well. Heres hoping the ps4 will be better but so far for me, its just in the meh category

Raging over ME3 ending felt pretty fanboyish

I never had a big fanboy moment or anything, but I did feel a bit meh about GameSpot's review of Skyward Sword!

Telling a friend of mine (real life), who is a huge Halo fanboy, that I thought Halo was mediocre when we were having a little argument about whether the 360 or PS3 was the better console, I did so even though we had actually played Halo 3 together quite often and I actually find the game pretty fun, I'm not as in love with the series as he is but I actually think it's a good series.
