3DS of course! Only makes sense considering Ocarina of Time was released there too. Besides the Wii U is already getting Hyrule Warriors and Zelda U.

Wants more cash: 3DS

Wants to make a huge impression and help Wii U out: Wii U

Majora's Mask on 3DS
Twilight Princess HD + Skyward Sword HD on Wii U

Helping their failing console would put the company on better grounds than just having a few extra dollars.

I'd definitely want it on the Wii U. I'd want to see a big graphical improvement, like a really big one. But if it does happen it'll be on 3DS... *sigh*

3DS, because that would not take away resources from Nintendo (I guess they would be the one to make a HD treatment), WWHD only needed some texture up-resing while MMHD would need lots of things remade. Grezzo is probably almost finished with MM3D, if it's coming.

3DS. Its quicker and cheaper for Nintendo to release there considering they have assets from OoT 3D to use, just like the original Majora's Mask used assets from Ocarina of Time on N64.
