Nah, it should be for 3DS most likely if it is still being supported, or the next handheld device that is popular enough.

The exclusivity deal for Dead Rising seemed to be an OK thing for Capcom.

I think they should do more exclusives for the different consoles. Something like an Onimusha reboot for PS4/Vita, Dead Rising on X1, and Megaman and Monster Hunter on WiiU/3DS.

HD remakes of Disney games of yore could be a hot thing too. Alladin or Lion King HD would far outperform DuckTales IMO



I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

That 4.1 million number is shipped + digital downloads. Keep that in mind with new software.

It may need some adjustment, but it's definitely within 10%.


The articles makes it unclear whether it's shipped or sold, but yeah, it's safer to assume that these are shipment numbers.

I can imagine MH4's digital numbers being huge since the physical version was sold out at launch.

Resident Evil Revelations passed 1 million. I take it they're talking about the HD releases combined. Glad it did okay, it's a great game.

Well, there's Monster Hunter 4 for 3DS, Dead Rising 3 for Xbox One and Deep Down for Ps4, so Capcom is quite heavy on exclusives-front :P

But we've seen games flop that don't have a 1st party push.

These are already established IPs, but I think the 1st party push gives them more attention and companies probably pay a lot of money to get them exclusively.
