It seems to be a common theme that people are really not expecting much from Sony, and I am the same.  They haven't built up hype for E3 at all

MS will go all out, they need to. Sony wont announce much. 

I hate to be pessimistic, but seeing that they will have their conference first and that they really need to make a push, I too agree that MS will have the strongest conference of the two. I'm not lowering my expectations at Sony, I'm just trying not to get hyped.

I'm not so sure I agree, Microsoft has to have a good one out of desperation.  Sony can just go out there and have a great time.  They've got a checklist of stuff they're going to announce this year, and depending on what MS says, they'll add more to their E3 checklist.  Plus, Sony knows how to put on a show :)
