UC4 targeting 30fps in singleplayer and 60fps in mulitplayer according to GAF

Im curious, because Shu has been saying in interviews the PS3 couldn't handle The Last Guardians vision and thats why it was delayed and moved to PS4.

Will be interesting to see witch parts of the game they were talking about.
