Gamersyde high quality video of the same trailer. You should add this link in the OP:

http://www.gamersyde.com/news_destiny_gameplay_trailer-15255_en.html

The good:

+ Epic settings

+ Halo vibe

+ Great Science fiction Universe/art direction

+ Great music

+ Graphics are really impressive. (but are wrecked in game by bad & excessive effects, see my next paragraph)

Now the bad:

- Excessive motion blur (really, like sick inducing, think KZSF MP before the patch)

- Excessive DOF. Evey time you need clarity (when you aim, shoot or are being hit) you can only see the center of the screen, the rest is submerged by some DOF.

- Excessive blinding effects like lights/blood etc.

- Like KZSF, FXAA is still used, FXAA induced shimmering and pixel crawling are easily visible.

Really disappointed by the image quality of this trailer (because in fact graphics are great). Such excessive blurs (motion blur, DOF and 30fps induced ghosting blur)  will have an impact on the gameplay by causing a lack of clarity and visibility very imporant in a MP shooter.

Hopefully people will complain during the beta on thoses points.

I don't get how people can look at / play titanfall and praise the crap out recycled mechanics and botzone then look at destiny which should have something actually new to offer in gaming and snub their noses at it...

Easy, it's not exclusive to their favorite console.

Powers are cool, and I like how the animation switches from FP to 3rd person when you trigger your powers for a nicer cinematic. Other than that it seems like sci-fi FPS.

Problem with really expansive worlds and character classes and all is unless you go full RPG the story and narrative lose focus. So at this point I'm expecting the Destiny world building to be interesting, but the in-game story to be pretty bland and fairly weak. I'm only interested in FPS with really strong story and interesting characters because it's a genre I don't really like playing so it needs something other than gameplay to draw me in.

The Game Looks like a hybrid of WarFrame, Halo, and Borderlands.
It looks slow, so they will have to work on the subtler mechanics and the story, if its gonna be a success. Definitely not the twitch game-play of COD or TF.

Titanfall is a fun fast paced shooter. I mean calling robots out of the sky, wall running, the ability to easily traverse through the enviornemt... fun stuff.

The previous games Bungie worked on had a lot of action. This seems dull in comparison.

This would be comparable if the entire other team consisted of bots. The gameplay shown here seems like Halo campain.

Looks good, but I don't get what's so special about it.

Your jab isn't relevant. Stop trying so hard, leave the humor to others.

The trailers should show more interesting scenes, what they given us is painfully dull.

This. These trailers are boring.

I feel like the only thing getting me excited about Destiny is the studio behind it.
