(1) This is not a Nintendo game. I'm not saying that 3DS won't have games after the summer. Of course it will (although the western line-up is pretty barren). I point out that Nintendo hasn't in-house games in development for 3DS beyond this summer, which would fit with a scenario in which they drop gaming to switch to QoL. But as you said, E3 will tell.

Srry then for misreading before. That said, we dont kno yet. Nintendo wont leave out Sept-Dec without any games. Those are the biggest months.

My guess if i had to say (not my wanted list, more of wat can we expect), i say LoZ Majora's Mask 3D + Metroid 2D + Monolith Soft 3DS title (Confirmed but no release info) and maybe 1 surprise (Sequel to SM3DL? Maybe Fire Emblem? Something that makes us go Watttttt? lol )

How many people think Nintendo has a specific product in mind (or a very very early version of it in mind) for thie QOL platform?

If I read it correct, Iwata sad he though about it ( a new direction or business focus) over the new year then wrote about it for his investor update in early 2014- I don t see how they could have come up with and/or decided on a product or early product prototype n that short of time

I'd be surprised if the company that doesn't announce launch dates far in advance anymore didn't have a decent idea of what their new platform would look like before setting a target release date for it.

Where did u see a target release date for thier QOL offering?  What is the date (aprox.)?

I read something that said they expect it to make an impact w in the next 10 years (paraphrasing)

That gives them aprox 2 years to come up with something- t does not indicate they know what it is today-  I m basing this on what Iwata said-  He thought about QOL over NEw years and included QOL in his investor report in Jan-  I don t see any way they would have come up with a product idea and agreed on it in such a short time frame=   i just seems like a vague idea and possible direction that Iwata wants the Company to pursue
