This is disgusting and I really hope people have the decency to avoid hacked consoles/games. By supporting this you are taking money away from people who have given years of their lives to create something, you are stealing, you are destroying gaming as a hobby, and you are ruining lives. I hate piracy in all of its forms.
realistically, it won't make much of a difference, but it might be used to justify re-DRMing, although it wouldm't address the problem if the issue is actually on hardware, especially cpu they might not be able to flip a switch this time.

And people were like: my privacy and liberty is compromized by this drm police. Yeah, rigth. Its all about getting games for free.

Not really. BTW at this point of time it was already possible to play pirated games on 360.
It will take several months for this to happen on X1.

i dont think it is true... we still doesn't have homebrewed 3ds and wii u... and from previous reports... hacking wii u would be the easiest thing in the world... if this is true then microsoft did it themself...
history recall best selling consoles are easily hacked... wii, ps, ps2, ds... and psp was so popular worldwide with the .iso in torrents.
I think the main issue with this hack is how easy it will be to apply. Simply update the console. This was almost how easy dream cast was.
