I think this applies to rule number 34, but I really don't want to go in depth about Snake and Otacon at all.

114. After starting the game for the second time, the character is wearing some lame sunglasses and a bunch of Marine soldiers are in their underwear.

115. Rolling or cartwheeling on the stairs is not recommended.

116. With a scientist coat and some glasses, you can blend inside a laboratory. The other scientists won't even question why are you wearing a bandana.
