Titanfall alone pushed 150-200k extra consoles, not a flop, but maybe some people had even greater expectations (some were really preposterous).

Its not just Titanfall that pushed those consoles but also many price drops it receivied and the bundles.



GAMING is not about spending hours to pass/waste our time just for fun,

its a Feeling/Experience about a VIRTUAL WORLD we can never be in real, and realizing some of our dreams (also creating new ones).

So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.

PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.

Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.

Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.

That's a silly statement. TitanFall sold almost a million alo e on Xbone FW.... that's a 1/4 attach ratio.

OT I think both PS4 and Xbone undertracked Xbone moreso. Xbone win NPD by slim margin. Hmm crow will be lemon crusted garlic brest please with melted butter

P.S. Whoever said Titanfall is GOTG needs to get another job. The Last Of Us will get better reviews on PS4 and its a last gen game too. Lol.

900k to be exact. Also, Microsoft's silence after Titanfall launch suggests they were expecting 1.2-1.5 million launch week. Lastly, it's not doing Halo numbers. Halo pushed more consoles on 360 and bigger numbers. Yes. It's an established franchise. But, Titanfall had an extensive build up and exclusivity. Not mention "GOTG!". 

I'm afraid it failed. 

I'm happy to stand corrected by NPD! I don't run and hide. I'll take my lickings. Preferably, by a female. ;P

PS4 undertracked, but not as much as in previous months. WiiU undertracked a tiny bit, XBox One overtracked a tiny bit. 3DS and Vita pretty much spot on. PS4>3DS>XOne>WiiU>Vita.

Software similar to hardware. Titanfall overtacked a bit along with the XOne. Infamous under tracked a bit.

This is my professional analysis.
