I don't know what any of this means, but hot piss it sounds hardcore.
WHERE IS MY KORORINPA 3
Easy. It's seeing your favorite Nintendo characters (and then some) all together in one game taking part in an all out brawl. Crossovers are always fun when done right and Smash Bros nailed it. PASBR was supposed to have a similar effect but a very subpar developer ruined what could have been amazing. Point is Smash Bros is just an all around great franchise with a great concept. I hope that Sony tries their hand at it again someday, but with a dev who knows what the f*ck they're doing.

Im surprised it didn't sell all that well honestly, i thought it was a 3mil-4mil game |
PSASBR was DOA. I enjoyed playing it with three of my buddies but they didn't go out and buy their own copies which showed what they thought of it. It was fun, but not enough to go out buy it.
Sony did a shit job of marketing the game. Casual gamers didn't even know it existed until they probably saw it in stores. They were missing a lot of important characters in PS history. I understand that it wasn't their fault they couldn't get Crash, Spyro, Snake, etc. But they should have made sure they had all the important characters before revealing it. The game (camera) focused too much on the stages and less on the characters. That's one thing SSB does great. The character feel like the main attraction; that wasn't the case with PSASBR. Single player was shit too and a chore to go through. The game played well but that's about it.
Wow... I got carried away there lol.

Yeah I know, but i was to lazy to find a melee gif.
SSB is the most liked game I've never played. I've owned most of the Nintendo consoles, but somehow managed to never play a SSB game. I'm blissfully ignorant of this series.

You are delusional. Smash Bros is a triumph in game design and balance. The better player wins 90% of the time.
I'm mostly a Sony and PC gamer of late, but I have to tell you in no uncertain terms that you are

I showed SSB:Melee off to a bunch of my PC loving friends who design games in their spare time. The impressions ranged from "very impressed" to "blown away", with the scale tipping towards the latter.
From reading your OP several times I have to conclude that you are not being honest with either us, yourself, or both.
Smash Bros is the best fighting game of all time IMO and I think the OP's credentials should come under scrutiny after this.
i dont plan on commenting in such threads in future but ill just tell it like it is.

I don't know, all I see is a sarcastic thread meant to rile one's jimmies.
And it seems to have riled many the jimmies.
The whole "moving thru walls" and "bad controls" should have risen some flags.
