...Me. If you seriously believe that MS places winning the race for marketshare as a higher overall goal than making money off of this whole thing then you apparently haven't really understood how businesses work quite yet.

Of course both of these things are intertwined with each other, which is why right now MS is doing quite a lot to not fall too far behind, but once they've reached a point where they feel that they have enough market presence to get third party support and make money off of software and subscriptions etc. then you can mark my words that they're going to ride this out for money, which is exactly what they did with the 360... or do you seriously believe that MS has to sell the 250 GB Xbox 360 for $250 in order to profit from it? They could probably sell it for $150 and still make some decent cash from every 360 sold.

You really think MS is in the gaming business to make money? You can't be serious...

It's a crazy idea, I know.

So, how long is the Titanfall bundle supposed to last? They are making a limited amount of them, right? How well it does in the short term depends on how long that SKU stays on the market.

I guess until they last what was shipped to Titanfall launch...

I'm still confused by your post. You seem to be assigning 'importance' to my post so that you can then dismiss it as 'unimportant'. I'm merely stating that I feel the PS4 sold more in America. Whether that was by 5k, 10k, 15k or 20k, it doesn't matter, what matters is IMO the PS4 sold more than VGC is suggesting in America.

There's no way to know since Xbox One is on sale at many retailers in the US. That plus Titanfall plus Xbox being popular in the US could be a reason why X1 is selling well there. The $450 Titanfall bundle is a better price than the UK price drop since US reacts heavily to sales.

Ah, that's a fair point.

The PS5 Exists.

What is happening with Vita? Why these Japan numbers? And most of all, why is it selling like that in the rest of the world (it's like 13k outside the main regions)?

Vita getting  games every week in Japan in contrast we get 1 game after few month in west

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Sticking to talking about what this site was FORMED to discuss "sales charts" is crazy right? I know, if your brand is behind just say "but they are making money" LOL go to a RevenueChartz.com forum instead then.

No, your goal is to make as much money as possible, a goal that MS comfortably achieved with the 360.

Last time I checked the HEAD OF MICROSOFT said they are "In it to win".  SOOOO, should I trust YOU or the HEAD of the XBOX DIVISION?

Translation: I was just schooled by people who can think past their own one dimensional view of reality, it hurts my pride to have to admit being undressed so effectivly so I must reply with something. Unfortunately I have nothing. Please accept this weak attempt at saving face and don't expose my ignorance any further.
