...Me. If you seriously believe that MS places winning the race for marketshare as a higher overall goal than making money off of this whole thing then you apparently haven't really understood how businesses work quite yet.

Of course both of these things are intertwined with each other, which is why right now MS is doing quite a lot to not fall too far behind, but once they've reached a point where they feel that they have enough market presence to get third party support and make money off of software and subscriptions etc. then you can mark my words that they're going to ride this out for money, which is exactly what they did with the 360... or do you seriously believe that MS has to sell the 250 GB Xbox 360 for $250 in order to profit from it? They could probably sell it for $150 and still make some decent cash from every 360 sold.

You really think MS is in the gaming business to make money? You can't be serious...

YOu really think VGCHARTZ.com is in the website business to discuss sales charts? You cant be serious...oh I forgot if one brand is losing (badly) on the sales chart and on topic with the website it is okay to say "but they are making money" lol
