Before release it was rumoured one manufacturer was behind schedule. The developers told us MS SDK was behind. It wast garbage, MS just reacted to Sonys early release of PS4. MS were the ones rumoured to release in 2014. So yes MS were behind on SDK in developments aligned with PS4 SDK. The facts were there fo people who waned to read them. It was just not as fun as saying 50% advantage. When it has never worked that way even ith PC GPU's 50% supposed paper specs dont translate into 50% better results at all. Never has never will.

It is 40% and reviews seems to disagree with you...

The site I use differes greatly. More like 10-15%

Look at the individual results on your site:
41% diff in passmark
43% diff in 3DMark06
41% diff in 3DMark vantage texture fill
58% diff in CLBenchmark raytrace
50% diff in crysis: warhead framerate
47% diff in battlefield 3 framerate
GPUBoss Score is not linear with performance. If you treat it as % it will have you believe a GTX titan is only 35% faster than a HD 7790 (lol)

Face it, higher power, double ROPS, faster RAM, same architecture, translate very well into real world performance, especially as you turn up resolution and effects.
