Dude you are not alone.  I had an N64 instead of a PS1, and I still never bought Super Mario 64.  It was fun, but just no where near as good as SSB, Paper Mario, and Star Fox.

There are so many....
Call of Duty, the Souls series, Mass Effect, lost interest in Pokemon over the years, any Valve or Rockstar and most Ubisoft games, and Shadow of the Colossus.

Halo series specially the SP campaign

oh, wow where would I begin? On the N64 it took me forever to get into Golden Eye, it's one player is so bland to me and the Jungle level always looked like crap to me. But the multiplayer did eventually win me over, but I found perfect dark better in every way. Ok, except it's character models were still blocky as hell and it's AI was almost as dumb as Golden Eye's. I also only like the Halo games for their Multiplayer the level design overly linear and counter intuitive. the story is blah. I have only played demos for uncharted (3 and the PSVita one) and they just felt fake, to many things happened in them that was just for atmosphere and added nothing to the gameplay.

The first one was a gem lol. SP was good but the MP was loads of fun and that it what made the game a series...

oh, and Shadow of the Colossus. I haven't finished the game and it's well enough liked that I want to try, but god is not grabbing me. Run from here to here kill a boss travel through a barren wasteland with literally nothing in it... oh, wait a lizard yay...

wait I have more! Donkey Kong 64 I do not understand the love people have for this tedious Mario 64 rip off that forces me to play as monkeys I don't care about. plus get DK some damn pants so his 3D ass crack isn't in my face the whole game. and Jet Force Gemini, the controls were crap, the game was filled with terrible fetch quests (I don't want to find that aliens pants damn it!) and I really didn't give a damn enough to do the back tracking in the second half. also there was only one weapon set worth playing with in multiplayer. 1.
