It's fun because Wii U is the only console left (of the three big companies) that has backwards compatibility and free online.

But as i said in another thread: It isn't powerful enough to handle coming games like The Witcher 3 or Batman Arkham Knight without cutting many stuff out and changing playability of games itself, and people haven't got four eyes and they clearly don't like the gamepad.

Still think they made a product that was not in high demand and made that product around idea that nobody has ever requested which inflated the price unnecessarily (I'm talking about the expensive controller, ofcourse).

Nintendo could keep up with the times technically to attract some more 3rd parties too, some devs are just lazy porting their games to weaker hardware, and the customer base does not even buy these ports cause of them being just inferior. =/

They should get out of the "family-friendly"-zone too more often.

I started gaming in the 90's constantly from NES till wii u and all my friends who started gaming within the past five years say nintendo is kiddy and unsophisticated due to ugly and childish graphics and story...this is common with new gamers (those gamers who started gaming since early 2000's. Nintendo needs to change its image..

There is a massive difference between posting a literal "wall of text", which boo-hoo some people don't feel like reading (and no one said they had to), and being a natural writer and feeling like articulating one's point. There is also a big difference between "getting personal", which I did not do, and pointing out that you post this kind of thing and say that MK8 will do nothing signifcant for sales, yet have a big MK8 banner. I was merely pointing out irony, not "Attacking" anyone.

Also, as for your counter-points, by that logic, I guess Nintendo should just give up, and not release any games at all or Wii U from here on out. Just eat the massive $$$$ loss and spend years developing another system while having zero active home console on the market, yes? Makes total business sense.

I'm not going to bother repeating or re-iterating my points again. If you don't get what I was saying, or simply ignoring my points, there's nothing I can do about that. However, I still made some very valid points, and I stand by them.

It´s still too early to say it´s a flop, after all it´s not the only console with troublesome sales right now. Vita is still struggling and the future of this market is still unclear. It may flop or it may just break even.

But even if it´s a flop, I don´t regret buying my WiiU. I´m having so much fun with it and my game collection already has 20 titles (physical copies only, not counting dlcs). There´s plenty of good things to enjoy with the WiiU, as well as with the Vita.

People are just losing a good opportunity to enjoy great games. Shame.

A wall-o-text is a wall of text, regardless of the content or how it was written, and getting personal is when you talk about things that have nothing to do with the argument (such as what we're doing right now), like pointing out my signature, and the only reason I can think of for doing that is to rustle some jimmies. My signature sure doesn't support your argument or hurt mine afterall.

Anywho, I can only laugh at your second paragraph, and the third smells like a cheesy cop out ("you cant understand anything, waaaah!") to cover up the fact that you can't refute anything I've said, which is understanable as it'd be like saying the sky is green. :L
