Am I the only one who actually LIKES the cover?

I actually don't mind the boxart TOO much... although it typically detracts from the artistic style when you have a real world "peripheral" on the cover.....

I do hope there will be 48 characters cause there is a lot of potential filler (if the rumors hold true):

uggggg, so many lazy palette swop characters. I prefer the enemies cause they tend to be more unique. I wants me a thwomp and shy guy.

Does anyone think they will pack in a game with the stand alone steering wheel? In the commercial they show 4 people playing Mario Kart, all with a steering wheel..

It would be a great opportunity to make another multi-million seller if they can pack in a game with the steering wheel. For each Mario Kart Wii, there will be atleast 2 people who going to buy an extra wheel.

You mean you need to buy Mario Kart Wii 4 times if you want 4 wheels? I was pointing at the separate wheel. Surely they sell it separately too.

Wheels are going to be sold alone. My local store has began selling them for 17 dollars each now (Norway is an expensive country :D)

17 dollars in Norway probably means about 10 in USA

Whoa? Iwata said at Nintendo Conference fall last year, that he expected at least 33% of the MkWii players to be women! Registered on GoNintendo, 30% of MKDS owners are women! Whoa! Women are taking over MK!

I doubt that it will be released that early
