if sony or MS want to help in advertising, it's one thing. but it's a company's job to market it's own games, with first party companies having no obligation to advertise non exclusive third party titles. And we aren't talking about much, companies are skiping a damn logo and then complaining about sales of a version they didn't create awareness of.

But if Sony and MS always wants to help out in advertising then Nintendo will have to do the same as well. Unfortunately Nintendo is a smaller company than Sony and much smaller than MS.

And that logo does make a difference which shows how much Nintendo needs to enter the marketing war with MS and Sony for big multiplatform 3rd party games at least.

Nintendo doesn't have to pay for other companies to put a damn logo of a version of their game. companies have to make games to make money, not the other way around.

This mindset is exactly why Nintendo is so far behind and in so much trouble this generation. No longer are console makers entitled to anything.

Wow, a 30 second ad during The Walking Dead can cost around $350,000! Finally Sony is learning from MS on TV advertising.

Cosmo's debuted with slightly weak ratings last night but its alright. It was being aired on multiple channels, so that would have hurt the ratings. Also Resurrection's premiere on ABC got huge ratings so that hurt Cosmo's as well.

Idk if advertising during The Walking Dead is a good idea considering it's turned into a damn soap opera with zombies. The first season was amazing, when it was about surviving zombies. Then when it moved to the farm, it was "omg, who's baby is it going to be" and "awww, Maggie and Glen are SO cute" bla bla bla. There are now more female viewers than males because of it. Females, on the whole, don't give a shit about video games.

I am still shocked on how crappy Watchdogs looked on the last trailer, which is also on Xbox One store, and man, it looks ugly.

This game is free on PSN Plus this week and man, I was shocked on how good it is. I hate Tomb Raider and think it is a very crappy franchise with awful games, but this reboot in insanelly good!

"most of the times commercials of multiplatform games featured a mini-ad of Microsoft’s console at the end, stating that the game was on Xbox 360 and making no mention of the rival."

and recently we kept seeing this, with comercials skiping the wii u logo and the companies complaining about low sales of the games they didn't advertise.

You do realize that Sony and Microsoft pay money to have 3rd party games advertised on their platform? This has been going on for many years. If Nintendo wants better advertising then they have to make deals with publishers to make the WiiU the lead platform in marketing. It's business Zero.

The Walking Dead is one of the most popular shows on television, it's a great place to advertise products, I saw an Xbox commercial last night too.

Finally Sony following MS and "pretending" that multiplats are actually exclusive to their console. Those COD commercials with only the 360 logo at the end.......good times.
