Use the pro controller.

This is one of the few games where the touch screen actually makes things better.

You can keep the gamepad next to you to switch items without pausing while playing on an actual controller.

?

That seems daft.... the Upad has the same button configuration as the Pro.

Tips? Have fun.

And don't play on Hero Mode. The game wasn't built for it.

Please remember to visit Grandma.

enjoy. and explore.

Human hands aren't meant to play games on huge heavy rectangles that get hot from use and suffer interference from other elelctronic devises.

Yes, play the game instead of wasting time starting threads like this while you can play the game.

Grapple hook enemies for the collectible items, feather, crest and pendant etc

By hot from use do you mean electronically? (if so then it would have to be pretty hot to make me play with 2 controllers)

As for interference, surely the signal for both pad and pro is sent with the same tech (bluetooth?)

That's the second time I've seen someone say the Wii U controller has interference from other devices.  It's never happened once for me.  Not even so much as a glitch in the image (unlike Vita to PS4 Remote Play).  I don't think I've even experienced lag. And it's the first time I ever heard anything about it getting hot from use.

Where do these claims come from?

Thanks everyone for your tips, looks like I should explore everywhere and enjoy the ride with the game
