Your AMD fanatics are fine. Some people will refuse to acknowledge it for whatever reason.
Anyway, your parts look okay, but there are a few changes you should do. If it's worth the savings, then go with the FX-8320. Not far from the FX-8350, it's just that the latter is better for overclocking if you ever look into it. It's not that you'd be in trouble with going with the 8320 instead of 8350 though.
A 120gb SSD is fine. I had a 120GB before and never got close to having issues. (I only used it for specific programs, no games)
As for your GPU, the 290 is great. Instead of going dual 290's, why not a single 290x? Also, it's important to mention they are currently exhausted in supply so they retail much higher than MSRP. If you can find them at MSRP then snag one up immediately.
With that said, if you do go with dual 290's, don't go with a 750W PSU. Make sure your PSU can also deliver the current on the 12+rail, not just the wattage.
Edit: A quick newegg search, and I'd recomment the Corsair 850/860W PSUs if you do decide on crossfire 290
