Lol the guy taking the division never said so specifically about Xbox... He has no power over selling anything from MS... And he would just successfully axe the only thing that might keep his division out of the red... Like he wants to be that guy reporting huge loses...the amazon talk went as well as yahoo buyout talks... Xbox being sold in the near future is as likely than yahoo being bought by MS... It's a possibility, it wouldn't be surprising but never the less highly unlikely... The board is nowhere close to make that vote and the CEO either so without one or the other it is going no further than analysts looking for clicks....

but hey keep the bandwagon going if you wish....


about Nokia, they weren't hot about buying the cartography part, they actually accepted when it was about the phone division.... The transfer is appointed to be finalized this month... The entire build conference almost is "build" around it....

The guy taking over the Devices division hasn't been too excited about Xbox in the past. 

Also, would you be surprised if MS announced tomorrow that the Xbox division is being sold off? When that Amazon rumor was announced, most people weren't that surprised. If Xbox was so safe then there wouldn't be the possibilty of it being sold off. 

Kinda goes against all the developer studios MS has made, their massive hiring spree, and purchasing of IP's like Gears of War and securing 3rd party games like Titanfall.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Now with the annoucment of DirextX 12 at GDC could we see some new exclusive games at E3 built around Direct X12?

Exactly, why would they hire all these people and go full speed ahead? They are not going to sell it, only Sony fans are hoping for this and making up elaborate stories on why it will happen.

Sony's company and it's losses would make more of a story then MS. PS4 is doing great but that is about it for sony.

That is true but securing Gears and Titanfall would have cost a couple hundread million dollars. That is nothing for MS. They probably spent that much money marketing the X1. 

Besides, whoever were to buy Xbox would get ownership of all those studios.
