I have to disagree there. Unless Mario Sunshine 2 proves it, Mario really was lacking there. At least Cole redeem his personality in Infamous 2 xD

I dont even have to get into how shitty of a game sunshine was.

The letters in "Infamous" can even be reordered to "Mafio Sun". Case closed.

I think if you cound "colleting things" as copying every games would be "like" a Pac Man clone in that sense

As for upgrades or weapons taken from the boss you fight, that would be coming from the very first Mega Man (maybe there are earlier examples, but this is the first game I recall that mecanic from).

For the rooftop thing, I am not sure if you are serious... but hey, both games also go on and off the rooftops! so it's even more of the same after all! 

first DLC will be: an option to remove the Infamous skin over Mario sunshine, it will reveal that not only the game is a ripoff, they just changed the textures!

Radical Entertainment released Hulk: Ultimate Destruction in 2005. Then they released Prototype (basically Hulk, but with more violence) in 2009, around the same time that Sucker Punch released InFamous
