Nope. Its launch week was also its best week ever, and that was only 55k. Second holiday was 38k. Third was 18k. Fourth was 29k max.

im expecting the official numbers to be between 20 and 60k higher than famitsus guestimate, but unless we hear official numbers chances are it will be final tally for the business week, in which case the number will be around the 400-450 mark, about what i was expecting.

IC... I wonder if the perception of the XB1 has improved in Japan? I know a lot of Japanese gamers got burnt by the 360 after MS stopped buying / funding JRPG. 100k looks seriously optimistic now.

2012 and 2013 Japanese 360 sales combined don't even reach 100k.

The 360's best month ever which was Dec 2006 was only 98k.

Yeah 100k for launch week of XBONE would be amazing.
