Depends on if they launch with a killer Japanese exclusive or not. 360 launched without any killer Japanese exclusives, took about a month to sell 100k, but with a killer exclusive at launch 100k in a week is possible.

Serious questions, has the 360 ever been over 100k per week in its life time in Japan?
