I think so ,vita fail but psp was a success so the next console could be a success or a fail.

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise

i dont think so, Sony seems to be focusing all their studios on PS4 right now and expanding them into console AAA teams. Sony Cambridge and Sony bend are examples of that.

All sega console sold poorly and that's why sega stop making console

If it's possible to Sony to make a new successfull i don't see why sony should not try to make another handheld,Nintendo didn't stop to make console just because gamecube was a big fail.
